Two-day training Programme on ‘Personality Development’ was organized for UG students from 23rd to 24th February, 2021 at College of Agriculture, B’Gudi to develop personality of the students. The various soft skills like Goal Setting, Time Management, Listening and Communication skills, Presentation Skills, Team Work and Problem Solving/ Decision Making etc., were imparted to students. The Programme was inaugurated by Dr. Prakash Kuchanur, Professor & Head, Dept. of Genetics & Plant Breeding who narrated the importance of the training for building their personality comprehending time management, oral communication & also to build competence. The Programme was conducted by Resource Person Smt. Radha (Smart Series, Bangalore) and Co-ordinated by Dr. Sangeetha B. Gayakawad, Asst. Librarian & Co-PI (NAHEP-IG). Over 100 UG students underwent the training Programme.
